龍威、舟和喜投身警隊不知不覺已有兩年，卻依然渾噩終日。威的情人憫情移民剛果跟一黑人青年共諧連理，威從此終日以淚洗面。威父親龍大雙遂提議大伙兒到離島「皇母瑤池村」散心。威等人揭發所謂的溫泉原來是騙人技倆，忽聞溫泉附近傳來異響，威三人跟形跡可疑的神秘男子們糾纏起來，最後發現對方竟是飛虎隊精英。原來他們來到島上拘捕通緝犯貓屎強，計劃卻被威所破壞，還給他盜去鎮島之寶的聖物皇母娘娘像！村民恨不得把三人煎皮拆骨。警察部為交待，竟將三人派駐島上當警長，讓他們自生自滅。威等在島上與居民相處日久，三人的善良和熱情終於打破了居民對他們的成見，慢慢受村民愛戴。貓屎強母親病重，威等人趕赴探望強母，卻在看見了貓屎強，他手上正是被盜去的皇母娘娘像！究竟貓屎強此次回來有何目的？而威最終又會否把他繩之於法，將功贖罪？
Dragon (Ronald Cheng) and his best buddies (Cheung Tat-Ming) an Hei(Same Lee) have joint the police force for two years but still just sit around doing nothing. Dragon's lover, Stephy, immigrated to Congo with her father and going to marry a local boy. All Dragon can do is cry endlessly.
Dragon's father, Mr. Lung(Law Ka-ying) feels the pain of Dragon's lost, suggests a trip to a spa resort for Dragon to regroup himself. Mr. Lung leads the gang to a Lantau Island village called "Pond of Eternity Goddess", becoming the resort first group of tourists, tries to make the best of the time.
Dragon and the gang soon discover the spa resort is just a scam. At the same time they hear suspicious noises from nearby, so the gang goes out to investigate. They starts a fight with a team of suspicious men, which turns out to be a SDU unit sent out by the headquarter. The SDU unit have received information of a wanted criminal, Keung, is on the island. Their closely coordinated operation to catch Keung was not only sabotaged by the gang and let Keung run away but it also allows him to steal the guardian of the village, an Eternity Goddess statue.
The lost of the statue has caused an uproar between the villagers, determine to make the cause, which is the gang, of the lost a living hell. The police department decides to send the gang back on the island as the Station Sergeants to take on the uproar in the village.
Since the lost of the statue, disasters of all sorts happened to the village. The elder of the village, Ng, sees the gang as messengers of unfortunate events. Ng also has three beautiful daughters, N'Belle, N'Bon and N'Aime, Naturally attracts the attentions of the gang's thirst for ladies. The three sisters see Dragon and the gang as cheap policeman. However, as they find out about the gang's fortune they became more forward and friendly because they love money more than anything. N'Belle has her eyes on Dragon, admiring his personality and righteousness. Unfortunately, Dragon's heart is set on someone else, so he has to turn her down. But N'Belle does not give up easily and she devices many unusual way to get her man.
